Welcome to MD88. The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player," "User") and MD88 ("the Company," "we," "us"). By registering an account, logging in, or placing any real-money wager on the MD88 platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1. Account Registration and Eligibility
Age Requirement: You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (typically 18 or 21 years old) to open an account with MD88. By registering, you confirm you meet the legal age requirements.
Jurisdictional Legality: Online gambling may be illegal in certain jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that their participation at MD88 does not violate local or national laws. MD88 accepts no liability for users gambling from prohibited territories.
Single Account Policy: Each user is permitted to open only one (1) account. The creation of multiple accounts (using different emails, IP addresses, or altered personal details) is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds and winnings.
Accuracy of Information: All information provided during registration (Name, contact details, payment information) must be accurate, complete, and match the user's official identification.
2. Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals
Funding Your Account: You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. MD88 does not accept third-party deposits.
Withdrawal Verification (KYC): Before processing any withdrawal, MD88 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of banking ownership. Failure to provide these documents will delay or cancel your withdrawal.
Turnover Requirements: To prevent money laundering, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before a withdrawal can be requested, unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion.
Withdrawal Limits: MD88 enforces daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits. VIP members may enjoy higher limits based on their tier.
3. Bonuses and Promotions
3.1. Promotional Terms: All bonuses, free spins, and rebates offered by MD88 are subject to specific promotional terms and wagering (rollover) requirements. 3.2. Bonus Abuse: MD88 operates a zero-tolerance policy against bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, hedging bets (betting on both sides of an outcome), using VPNs to mask identity to claim multiple bonuses, and exploiting software glitches. 3.3. Right of Cancellation: MD88 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reclaim any bonus or promotional offer at our absolute discretion without prior notice.
4. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination
Fraud and Collusion: Any suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software (bots), or exploitation of system vulnerabilities will result in immediate account closure and confiscation of all funds.
Termination by Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support.
Termination by MD88: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without providing a reason, though we typically do so only in cases of Terms violations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Software/Hardware Issues: MD88 is not liable for any losses incurred due to computer malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or telecommunication failures on the user's end. Game Voids: In the event of a system malfunction, game error, or RNG failure, all bets and payouts related to the affected game will be rendered void. MD88 will refund the original wager to the player's account.
